I never write reviews on places but this was terrible. I see why the location near me in Racine was closed.
First time and last time visiting this place. Only reason I went because of some gift cards I won.
1. Online ordering just plan sucks. Can't remove an item in the cart. You can't enter a gift card when checking out.
3. Place is very pricey for the food quality and what you get. Ordered XL package. $65 for what is said to feed up to 8 people. Maybe the 8 rolls and 3lbs of meat spread out but as for the $6 sides is just an insult. You get one cup, maybe a cup and half of whatever side it is you're ordering. I could have spent this kind of money and sat down at Texas Roadhouse. Had drinks and table service.
Fantastically smoked meats, great sides, generous portions. I got brisket with creamed spinach and slaw. Never been disappointed. :)
My beef brisquit sandwich was cold! The bun was hard as a rock! The fries tasted like they were a day old! I took 2 bites then brought it back up to the counter and complained. They did absolutely NOTHING, so I threw the food in the garbage! Some of it even spilled on the floor but I could have given a rip, because they didn't replace my cold and stale food with new food! HORRIBLE BBQ! Dickies needs to take a lesson from Bandana's BBQ! Bananas is "off the chain" and Dickies doesn't even stand a chance against Bandanas!!!
2. Called to place the order. Not very polite phone etiquette. After done placing order, was just simply hung up on.
Best service. Best food. My wife and I eat here far too often, but we can't help it, it's too good and the staff makes us feel at home. Smoked meats and some of the best BBQ sauce out there. Shout out to my guys Dakota, Thomas, and Ivan. You guys rock.

4. It was never clear of my options for BBQ sauce. I asked just as I was grabbing the bag leaving, now the BBQ sauce is on the side and what kind is it? I was told yes on the side and original. After serving my family and young children we found that 1 out of 2 sauces were spicy. We all had the spicy BBQ sauce which I didn't mind but for the rest, this spoiled their dinner.
