It's know wonder Applebee's closed a bunch of locations. Bad service, crappy food. Never again
Horrible place. Unhealthy food. The place was not clean and the service was subpar
Good food the chicken annd shrimp superb. The service on the other hand was nothing to write home about. 20 minutes just to receive a beverage. Did not place the complete order so some of us had to wath others eat. Needs new staff.
Good food. Good drinks. Good dining experience. The waitress had no problem telling us it was time to leave so she could clear out the table.
Ordered the shrimp parm steak med rare. it came to me like a dark grey piece of rubber. All the toppings were thrown all over my dish ..not on the steak.i told the waitress and the manager just said he wont charge my steak cause they are busy. But didnt try to fix the steak or anything and the same with my husbands steak. There was 7 tables filled with people and we waited 35 min for our rubber steaks. I will never go there again. And its a shame my family spends hundreds there a month .but never again. The waitress was the best though! She really was on top of her game all the others were just standing around goofing off and talking. Was not happy me and my husband just paid the check and left the food there on the table not touched.
