I went there to look for a mattress, the sales lady followed us around and when I started to take interest in a mattress (just didn't want to spend an arm and a leg) the sales lady, without knowing who were buying this for. told us you don't want that one. Well she was right I didn't want any of them after that. Left the store right away. Way to make a sale. I know what I want. If she would of asked I would of told her. Just for her information it was for a kid.
My husband and I went to Total Furniture based on a friends' recommendation. Upon choosing our first couch, the couch did not hold up well within the first two months because of manufacturer issues. We called with the receipt number to see if they could do anything for us. We spoke with Lesa throughout the entire process. She was efficient at responding to our emails and quick to resolve our issue. The manufacturer of the couch did not suggest much to fix our problem, but Lesa from Total Furniture came up with a fair resolution quickly. Our second couch is amazing and super comfortable. Lesa helped us so much. We would definitely buy again based on the amazing customer service and our new couch is great! If you're looking for great prices for a couch, look no further. It was a wonderful and painless process dealing with Total Furniture.
Great selection of furniture. The staff is helpful and they will give you a little room to look but they are right there for any questions. Price's are affordable but they push financing.
Customer service when you walked into the store was terrible, two ladies at the desk were talking about a movie, even when we asked about an item, one person pointed to two people to our right and said who is up next. On a good note the sales lady that helped us was nice, but I will not be back. First impressions is everything to me, if you do not have time for me, I will not spend my money in your store.
Have bought six or seven pieces of furniture there in the last three years and have been more than pleased. Great furniture great price great service
