Everything about my Steinhafels experience was positive. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and once I found something I was interested in I received great service from a salesperson. I called a couple of times before making a final purchase decision and my salesperson was always helpful. I also had some concerns about minor marks on the couch after I received it and I received excellent service regarding that as well..both on the phone and in person.
The sales people were super friendly and let us look around in peace and were easy to find when we had a question. I was super impressed when the couch was delivered, there was one guy pulling our sleeper sofa and love seat out of the back of the truck! Amazing skills! So far so good!
We had a new mattress and box springs delivered today. The two delivery guys, Nick and Kyle were great! Right on time, very professional and careful with my new wood floors. They took away the old mattress and box as well. I would highly recommend Steinhafels Furniture in Kenosha for any furniture need. The sales rep, Rebecca was also excellent. She made sure we took the time to pick the right mattress, asked good questions, and made excellent recommendations. Do yourself a favor and look her up if you need a new mattress.
The whole experience from purchasing to delivery was great. The delivery guys did everything to protect my recently installed carpeting when bringing in everything. They were polite, answered any questions and even helped me add the sliders for furniture. Very professional definitely recommend you buy here!
Toni was great. She answered all our questions and explained the warranty thoroughly. We got a livingroom set at the price we needed. Would go back next time we are looking for furnishings.
