We stopped in looking for a kitchen table and were greeted by Jordan. Very helpful and pleasant, took the time to show us all our options - no pressure. We decided on one of the managers specials. Excellent quality, great prices, will buy from Jordan again. Highly reccomended!!
Can't say enough good things about Ashley of Kenosha! Worked with Sabrina and it was just stellar customer service right from the beginning. Greeted me right at the door with a great attitude and continued that through all of my indecisiveness. This was a big purchase for me and she made me feel very comfortable. We went into the store and everyone was nice. Now this whole experience has been ups and downs. The lady that was helping us was very polite but kept getting the prices wrong when putting our items into the system. Which was fine, we caught it, mistakes happen. We had to wait two weeks to get our stuff ( an entire bed set ) which is understandable. When the guys showed up to put everything together they were awesome, but the foot board wasn't even the right size. So tack on another two weeks to be able to have a bed. Not only that but the head board ended up falling on my head and onto my boyfriends shoulder. Our mattress is in the middle of our room. Our dresser was damaged so we called to have someone come and check it out. Well they never showed and my boyfriend had stuff to do. No call nothing. So he called them and customer service was great at first, but then when he was explaining the situation she started to get short with him. We also thought that it came with the came with the support we needed for our kind of bed, but again we were mislead. (which will cost us another $100-150 more) I love the bed set how it looks, but no, I wouldn't recommend a friend to shop here. We thought it would be awesome to save some money by going here instead of Steinhafels but its whole a lot of headache.

At first, we were a little disappointed. We circled the store 3 times, trying different couches and not a single staff member tried to even acknowledge us. We went out to the car to recoup, then headed back in where Angel immediately greeted us and offered some help. She was absolutely wonderful and made an otherwise unpleasant trip much more enjoyable. Seriously, that woman was a life saver!
