If you're selling your house, expect her to market you below market price to make sure your house sells first. Also if you want to do something she doesn't like, for example review your contract, expect her to ask you why you need time to review and awkward silence waiting for an immediate review.

As a buyer she probably would work really well since she is persistent. As a seller though I would avoid her. She'll leave you stressed out to the point where you will pay her termination fee just to avoid dealing with her again.
