Absolutely a nightmare purchasing a home from this realtor. We had an addendum to the purchase of the house to have all windows repaired or replaced. They knew the windows were not repaired or replaced but said the work was complete upon closing.
Robbyn Struck is the best. I bought a house from her for my son . She got me in to every house I wanted to see. I had some zoning questions she got me the answers the next morning. Robbyn and her team took care of everything when we put a bid in and then after a few counters they accepted my bid She got me an inspector the same day. The closing was a breeze, fasted I have ever had. If you need a realtor you could not do better than Robbyn.
Buyer beware of these slick companies wanting commission first pushing the deal through.
The most upsetting thing about all of this is that they denied it all even when i had a document proving they knew the windows were not fixed. We got stuck repairing all our windows.
