They are lucky they have great prices because their customer service is rough. Two consecutive times that I’ve scheduled a time to pick up a vehicle they’ve been “out of the office” doing something, leaving no one to help customers. The first time I waited for over and hour and the second time I waited for around 30 min. Both of these were scheduled pick up times set up to coordinate with a busy travel schedule.
Awesome Experience with this car rental. I can't believe I haven't tried them sooner. They will definitely be my go-to rental place from now on. The Branch Manager was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Give them a shot, I think you will be just as satisfied as I am.
Loni was tremendous. She was very kind and we had a very nice conversation. I've spent 20 years in customer service and I really appreciate top notch service. Loni provided me with an excellent vehicle, but it was her service that will have me coming back.
