I would give this place 0 stars but unfortunately the ranking system does not allow for anything lower than 1. Now to be level set I travel a lot and have rented from numerous places budget, avis , and hertz and even have rented from enterprise on a trip or two. Coming here it was a relatively easy experience the defining point here is that we requested a certain car type full size and called to reserve it in advance. We are traveling with kids so the room we needed. Once there we were told that they did not have the vehicle we reserved however they said there was an SUV. Normally I would have said OK however they said it was more costly than the full size and had to charge us more because it was an SUV. Now mind you that a Nissan Rogue in my opinion is not an SUV more like a compact car that sits up higher. We inquired about the impala and they said it was a premium full size which made no sense but offered for the same price a Hyundai Elantra or such. In the end we were forced into the rogue and the extra cost because we really had no choice as we had to leave that day. However in all my trips and rental experiences if they did not have the type I or we reserved they accommodated with a like or better for the same price. I will not be a return customer to here.
I will never use anyone one else but enterprise. If I have a problem it is fixed. I do a lot of road trips and on my last one, I had some problems with the car and there was no hesitation from my Enterprise. Where I was at had 13 Enterprise locations and I was in a new vehicle in no time. The employees are so nice and helpful. Always looking out for their customers. If I am not happy they fix it which is awesome.

I needed to rent a car while mine was having its entire braking system fixed so I went online and picked a car out. The next morning I picked it up easily, just forgot to bring a pay stub, but they called my employer and I had a car for the week. Very helpful on such short notice, would use again.
