Super friendly & knowledgeable...feel lucky to have such a great shop so close to home! Love purchasing the pre-mixed saltwater here too...makes the less-fun part of mini-reef keeping easier:)

Absolute worst place to do business with. Visited there store and asked for a quote on a fish tank set up with Andrew the owner, said he would call back the next day. Two days later we did not receive a call so we called Andrew. At that time he said the tank set up would be about 800.00 we asked if we could get it done for 600.00 he said 640.00 would work. He then asked us to put half the money upfront because he did not want to front the equipment? I thought this was his business so he had the equipment. I then sent him the 320.00 like requested and scheduled a service date. The day before the service we received a refund on our money with out a call, text or email. We tried to call because we arranged our day around his visit. He blew us off and never got back to us. I tried to call several times with out any luck. If the quoted price he agreed too was to little he could have communicated that to us and we would have paid more. We were not trying to take advantage of anyone when he came with his initial quote we were just trying to get a fair price. So I emailed him saying if his quote was to low let us know we are reasonable and would pay more. He blew us off again.... The next day he text me that his quote was to low and would not be beneficial to his small company to do it for that price. I said no problem I would gladly pay you more and to please call me. He never called or responded and completely blew us off. To make a long story short we agreed at a much higher price with a different provider because the customer service at good water aquatics is horrendous. I would never recommend trusting this source for anything. No showing appointments is awful considering we are very busy and don't have unlimited time to do what we like too. If there where no stars that is what I would prefer to give. I am shocked its so hard to spend money with this company and I would prefer to spend more for a more professional and punctual experience then dealing with this company.
