Everyone at Otto Nelson is kind, patient, helpful, and professional. We've relocated several times and have always used them. I have full trust in their team and wouldn't consider anyone else! They're the BEST
The crews and the office do not communicate at all. They showed up at wrong time on both days crews blaming the office and the office being unorganized. The crews also dropped our electronics on the ground and left all of their trash(food, drinks, and etc) in each rooms. Just horrible.
Otto Nelson's team of movers was absolutely wonderful! The move went so smoothly because of their experience and care. I appreciate all of their help very much!
I requested a quote in June for a commercial move. Mikki told me that they would have to set up a time to come out to look at everything to give me an accurate quote. She told me she would follow up with me to schedule a time. She never followed up with me. She also said they didn't have any availability until the week of July 17th, which I was fine with. After a little over a week, I had to follow up with Mikki and finally scheduled the date for them to give us the quote. I told her that we could do either the 27th or the 28th and she said she might be able to do the 27th. She then emailed me that she couldn't do either of those dates. I called to follow up with her and she said the earliest they could do was Aug 2nd. The business that we are purchasing equipment from has to be out by the end of July. I am so disappointed that she didn't follow up with me or let me know that they wouldn't be able to get me in for a month. She stated she couldn't have followed up with me because she didn't have my information. I gave her my information when I called initially. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend wasting your time!
We've Otto Nelson 9 nine times since 2001 and they've been great! Will use an eleventh!
