This stores selection is awful. Only carry what is brand new and popular. Only have cell phone accessories and cases for Samsung and apple. Staff isn't very friendly or helpful unless you want a cellphone. Best buy is no longer an electronics store it is more of a department store for apple, Samsung,and Microsoft. Just go on Amazon.
I've never had a very good luck with their so-called service. If you get it helpful clerk you're very lucky, although it does happen every once in awhile. Their selection of movies on DVD and Blu-ray has gone from decent to poor in the last couple years. If you're not asking about something expensive oh, a lot of the clerks will just point you to the self-service computer kiosk.
The associates were knowledgeable about the products and eager to help. The store was well stocked so If you're looking for electronics you will not go wrong here.
Nathaniel, in the cellular phone Department was knowledgeable, accommodating and provided excellent customer service as always. I hadn't been there in a while and I was very happy to see that he is still at the store. A great asset to the store.
I am very disappointed with Greek service. I bought a laptop from the store and its very low quality that I have been fixed it more than twice. I bring to the Greek service to fix but they didn't fix anything. they told me if they can't fix the problems then they would be able to call us to explain the situration. they didn't do anything just let us wait two days. I was very unhappy with their service today. How could you have a such bad service in the such big store. that's unbelievable.
