Great helpful staff which is a rare thing for Kohls. I bought a pair of sandals online with pickup at another Kohls, and they were wrong color! The staff at the Kohls where I picked them up was very unhelpful, so I went to "my" Kohls in Kenosha. Since I bought the sandals for a trip and had no time for exchange I had to wear them. The staff at Kenosha Kohls gave me a HUGE discount and free shipping on a pair in correct color!! I was so happy! If you have an issue come to this Kohls. The staff is very nice here. And the bargains are great too, LOL

Low stock in girls sizes. Two sales girls were complaining about customers while folding. (I was standing less than 5 feet away). When I did actually find a few items in the size I was looking for I went to the check out, paid my bill then they wouldn't accept my coupon because it was one day expired. Worst experience at a Kohls I've ever had.
