I received a coupon for three free games of bowling so we went into Bowl. We didn't need shoes or balls because we bowl at several bowling alleys and also on a league at another alley. We were interested in leagues until we bowled. Well after the balls getting stuck more than three times before the 6 frame and the scoreboard putting whatever score a wanted I repeatedly went up to the counter to ask them to fix it it took forever but the guy that was fixing the balls was very friendly can't say the same for the guy that was working at the counter on Saturday night August 19th at 7 p.m. just so they know exactly who is working I have never been in an alley after trying to repeatedly fix the lane that they don't move you to one that works after being completely frustrated from trying to play three games we left in the middle of the last game due to the ridiculous attempt to fix the balls from sticking when I told the man at the counter we were leaving he said well we try to fix it I don't understand I explained to him I have bowled at several Ali's and I have never had a place that was not willing to move you when their alleys were not functioning it was nothing to do with our bowling and there were lanes available all over I love the Pro Shop but I will never bull there again that was beyond ridiculous and I brought it to their attention and they did nothing to make sure that there's customer was satisfied but a response of we try to fix it you are broken Machinery is not my problem and you have now ruined my Saturday evening I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever and now I know why friends of mine have complained don't waste your money
Lanes kept malfunctioning. Pressing the service button did not matter because the staff came whenever. So the time we had to bowl was less than what we paid for. There was no apology for what was happening. Believe me all the lights and televisions does not mean it's great. If it was not for me being with my church group......other things would have be said.
Ive had many different kinds of parties here and each one had wonderful friendly party hostesses. The pizza is excellent. The center has always been clean. I highly recommend this place for your family fun or just a place to get together with your friends.
We have my son's 4th Birthday Party here and it was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating for our large party. Fun for all age's including Bowling and an Arcade for the kids and a full bar for the adults to relax.

Cool looking but just all around terrible experience. They never have open lanes unless you want to bowl at a time that nobody else can bowl. Expensive, poor customer service. Frankly I much rather go somewhere not as “nice looking” for a much better bowling experience.
