Ask anyone that has had any loans with them.
Use the larger banks.
These folks are there to make money and watch people fail.
Kenosha Metal Products has used "Big Banks" in the past. Very sterile treatment. Very happy with Southport Bank. I thought that the personal relationship in commercial banking was a thing of the past. Southport proved me wrong. Very happy!
Sucks, never open when I need it, and its been over two months since I requested a debit card as well as re-contacted them about it and I have been to the bank on multiple accounts and have yet to even recieve word about it
If you bank there or have loans there...run. Its not worth it.
